About the role

The company is looking for a dedicated Security Guard to protect its people, assets and facilities in Abidjan. You will work both day and night shifts, ensuring a safe environment for employees, visitors and vehicles.

Key responsibilities

• Control entry and exit of personnel, visitors and vehicles.
• Perform regular patrols and surveillance rounds during day and night.
• Monitor compliance with safety instructions and internal regulations.
• Report any incident, anomaly or suspicious behaviour immediately.
• Oversee the movement of goods according to internal procedures.
• Write clear incident reports and service logs.
• Participate in risk‑prevention actions and security drills.

Required profile

• Minimum education level: BEPC or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience as a security guard in a company, factory or industrial site.
• Good physical condition and ability to work day and night shifts.
• High vigilance, discipline, discretion and integrity.
• Strong observation skills and ability to manage emergency situations.
• Training in private security, first aid or fire fighting is an advantage.
