About the role

We are looking for an experienced, rigorous and organized Warehouse Agent to manage daily stock and goods flow operations at our Abidjan facility. The role involves handling receipt, storage, inventory, and shipment processes while ensuring compliance with internal procedures and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, inspect and dispatch goods accurately.
• Store and arrange products in designated zones following 5S principles.
• Conduct physical inventories and monitor stock discrepancies.
• Utilize the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to maintain data integrity.
• Ensure physical stock matches system records.
• Identify and promptly report any anomalies during receipt, dispatch or inventory.
• Communicate difficulties or unusual situations to management without concealment.
• Adhere strictly to internal stock and safety procedures.
• Participate in continuous improvement of storage and flow processes.
• Adapt quickly to new tools, systems and procedures.

Required profile

• Minimum Bac+2 / BTS or equivalent, preferably in logistics, transport, stock management or warehousing.
• At least 3 years of professional experience, including 1 year in receipt and dispatch operations.
• Minimum 1 year managing a large warehouse (5,000 m² or more).
• Proficient in using a Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Strong knowledge of warehousing, storage, receipt, dispatch and inventory processes.
• Ability to work autonomously with rigor and strong organizational skills.
• Integrity, transparency and professionalism in handling stock and data.
• Good learning ability and adaptability to new systems and procedures.
• English proficiency is an asset.
