Agent Quality Officer

About the role

Wave is building a cashless Africa and needs a dedicated Agent Quality Officer to ensure its agent network delivers reliable, high‑quality service. Based in Abidjan, you will travel across the country to audit agents, verify compliance, and provide actionable insights that improve the customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Visit assigned Wave agents regularly and conduct on‑site audits.
• Verify agents’ adherence to the code of conduct and compliance documentation.
• Inspect agency environments to identify concerns and opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare concise reports after each visit, highlighting findings and recommendations.
• Investigate field team processes and ensure alignment with Wave policies.
• Report any competing interests or conflicts related to specific Wave points.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar field‑based quality or compliance role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Internal Control, or a related discipline.
• Fluency in English and French, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and flexibility.
• Ability to think analytically and adapt quickly to changing conditions.
