AI Search & Agentic Growth Specialist (LLM SEO)

About the role

We are seeking an AI Search & Agentic Growth Specialist to lead our efforts in improving visibility across AI‑driven search platforms and large language models. The role combines deep technical SEO knowledge with the ability to design and automate agentic workflows that power growth initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement measurement frameworks for LLM visibility, including prompt sets, share‑of‑voice tracking, citation monitoring and competitor benchmarking.
• Optimize generative engine performance through content structure, entity and schema markup, extractable formatting and freshness signals.
• Identify third‑party sources cited by LLMs and collaborate with content, PR and partnership teams to earn placements.
• Work with product and partnership teams to distribute solutions inside AI ecosystems, including MCP servers, connector directories and plugin marketplaces.
• Build and maintain agentic workflows for competitor monitoring, content research, briefing pipelines, reporting automation and internal tooling.
• Evaluate and integrate AI tools across the growth stack, establishing guardrails for automation versus human review and ensuring output quality.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in SEO, content strategy or growth engineering with recent work on AI search, GEO, AEO or LLM visibility.
• Hands‑on experience building agentic workflows using tools such as n8n, Zapier, Make, LangChain or direct API integrations.
• Working knowledge of prompt engineering, LLM behavior, retrieval, grounding and citation patterns.
• Solid technical SEO foundation covering crawling, indexing, structured data, site architecture and Core Web Vitals.
