About the role

Base360.ai is seeking an AI Video Creator to shape the visual presence of its AI operating system for B2C brands. You will craft launch videos, ads, and social clips that capture attention and convey emotion, using the latest AI‑driven creative tools.

Key responsibilities

• Create emotional, scroll‑stopping video content for product launches, ads, social media, and brand films.
• Leverage AI tools end‑to‑end (video, voice, image, music) such as Runway, Sora, Kling, ElevenLabs, Midjourney, and emerging platforms.
• Animate and edit product demos, kinetic typography, and motion‑design elements.
• Own ideas from concept through final export – pitch, build, and ship quickly.
• Produce content for all formats: vertical short‑form for TikTok/Reels, paid‑social ads, and hero videos for the website.
• Maintain a consistent premium brand feel across all video assets.
• Iterate rapidly, test performance, and double down on successful concepts.

Required profile

• A strong portfolio demonstrating high‑quality video and motion work.
• Fluency with AI creative tools and a passion for staying at the cutting edge.
• Excellent visual taste and the ability to distinguish premium from cheap execution.
• Self‑directed and fast‑moving – turn rough ideas into polished output without hand‑holding.
• Ability to hook viewers within the first three seconds and retain attention.
• Bonus: experience with short‑form social content, paid‑ad creative, or building a brand’s video presence from scratch.
