Alumni Programme Project Officer – Intern

About the role

Enko Education is seeking a motivated intern to support its Alumni Programme. Based in Abidjan, the role focuses on strengthening the alumni community through content creation, engagement activities, and database management, helping to turn alumni into a strategic asset for the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Publish regular, high‑quality content on alumni platforms, including news, job opportunities and event updates.
• Engage individually with alumni to track their journeys and maintain strong relationships.
• Moderate discussions in alumni groups and identify active members to act as network ambassadors.
• Maintain and enrich the alumni database, verifying information and adding new contacts from LinkedIn and other sources.
• Produce a bi‑monthly alumni newsletter, including writing, layout and distribution.
• Create alumni portraits, testimonials and a success‑story bank to showcase achievements.
• Support communication around Enko events such as webinars, networking gatherings and graduation ceremonies.

Required profile

• Strong interest in education, Africa and impact‑driven work.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both French and English.
• Enthusiasm for community management and storytelling.
