About the role

We are seeking an Assistant Management Controller to join a network marketing company in Côte d'Ivoire. Reporting to the senior Management Controller, you will support financial performance monitoring and budgeting activities.

Key responsibilities

Assist in tracking and analysing the company’s financial performance.
Develop and maintain management dashboards.
Support budget preparation and ongoing budget monitoring.
Analyse variances between forecasts and actual results.
Collect, validate and analyse financial and operational data.
Contribute to periodic reporting deliverables.
Help improve control tools and procedures.
Monitor performance indicators and provide recommendations.

Required profile

Bachelor’s to Master’s degree (BAC+3 to BAC+5) in Finance, Accounting, Management Control, Audit or a related field.
2‑3 years of experience in a similar control or financial analysis role.
Strong analytical mindset, rigorous and organised.
Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
Autonomous, discreet and deadline‑oriented.
