About the role

The Assistant Derrickman supports the Derrickman in daily operations on oil and gas sites. This position is based in Côte d'Ivoire and offers the chance to work within a dynamic mining and petroleum environment.

Key responsibilities

Assist the Derrickman with routine tasks and operational procedures.
Prepare and maintain equipment required for drilling and well operations.
Support safety checks and ensure compliance with site regulations.
Coordinate with other crew members to facilitate smooth workflow.

Required profile

Minimum BAC+2 education in petroleum, gas, or related engineering field.
At least 2 years of experience in the oil, gas, or mining sector.
Strong understanding of basic drilling and wellsite operations.
