Assistante Commerciale – Gestion de portefeuille clients

About the role

The Commercial Assistant will support the sales team by managing a portfolio of clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions. This position is based in Cocody, Abidjan, and requires strong French communication skills and a proactive attitude.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of existing clients.
• Analyse client problems or needs and propose appropriate solutions.
• Promote the company’s services and products to prospects.
• Conduct prospecting activities and retain new potential customers.
• Prepare commercial proposals in line with company policy and contribute to technical proposals.
• Negotiate and close sales deals.
• Report on commercial activities and performance.

Required profile

• Fluent French communication, both written and spoken.
• Highly organized, patient, resilient, and dynamic.
• Ability to travel across the city and be fully available for work.
• Residence in the Cocody area (Rivera 2/Anono/Adjame) is preferred.
• Capable of working under pressure and within a team.
• Good moral standing, free of other commitments, and prior experience in a similar role.
