Assistante Commerciale

About the role

The company is seeking a proactive Commercial Assistant to manage client relationships and support sales activities within the cleaning services sector in Abidjan.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of existing clients, addressing their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Promote the company’s service and product offerings to prospects.
• Develop new business opportunities through prospecting and client acquisition.
• Prepare and present commercial proposals in line with company policies.
• Collaborate on technical proposals and support negotiation processes.
• Report on sales activities and performance metrics.

Required profile

• Fluent French communication skills.
• High level of personal cleanliness and professionalism.
• Patience, endurance, courage, and dynamism.
• Ability to travel easily across the city and be fully available for work.
• Residence in or near Cocody (Rivera, Anono, Adjame) is preferred.
• Capacity to work under pressure and as part of a team.
• Good moral standing and freedom from other commitments.
• Prior experience in a similar commercial role.
