About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Home Care Assistant to support elderly clients in Abidjan. The role involves providing personalized assistance in daily activities, ensuring the well‑being and comfort of each client in their own residence.

Key responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living tasks such as personal hygiene, dressing, and mobility.
• Support meal preparation and feeding.
• Help with medication intake and follow medical recommendations.
• Monitor and remind clients of medical appointments.
• Provide companionship, engage in leisure activities, and promote social interaction.
• Maintain a clean and organized living environment.

Required profile

• CAP or BEP qualification in health and social care.
• Minimum three years proven experience in a similar caregiving role.
• High level of discretion, integrity, and empathy.
• Strong sense of responsibility, professionalism, and respect for instructions.
• Good physical condition, neat appearance, and ability to travel between client homes.
• Fluent French communication skills.
