About the role

We are seeking a bilingual French‑English nanny to provide attentive, caring, and professional childcare for a family in Abidjan. The role involves daily interaction with the child, ensuring safety, hygiene, nutrition, and fostering English language development.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and engage with the child, ensuring safety and well‑being at all times.
• Prepare and serve nutritious meals, maintaining hygiene standards.
• Clean and organize the child’s bedroom, bathroom, and play areas.
• Perform laundry duties, including washing and ironing.
• Facilitate daily English practice through conversation, reading, and activities.
• Support the child’s learning routine and monitor developmental milestones.
• Maintain a tidy household environment, including floor and window cleaning.
• Report any concerns or observations to the parents promptly.

Required profile

• Fluent in both French and English, with strong reading and writing abilities.
• Minimum age of 25 years.
• At least two years of professional nanny or childcare experience.
• Passionate about children, patient, gentle, and discreet.
• Highly organized, responsible, and capable of working independently.
• Committed to hygiene, cleanliness, and household safety standards.
