Bookkeeper

About the role

Rimon Group is seeking a reliable and detail‑oriented Bookkeeper to support the financial operations of its Water For All project in Ivory Coast. The role involves managing daily bookkeeping tasks, processing invoices and payments, and collaborating with both local and global finance teams.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain daily bookkeeping and accounting records.
• Process invoices, payments and expense reports accurately.
• Monitor accounts payable and receivable and perform reconciliations.
• Prepare financial reports and supporting documentation for internal use.
• Coordinate with local banks, suppliers and service providers.
• Assist with payroll documentation and financial follow‑up.
• Support audits and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Work closely with finance teams in Ivory Coast and Israel.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar finance role.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with teams.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Experience in engineering, infrastructure or water‑related projects is a plus.
• Experience in international companies or project environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with accounting software.
