About the role
Rimon Group is seeking a reliable and detail‑oriented Bookkeeper to support the financial operations of the Water For All project in Ivory Coast. You will handle daily bookkeeping tasks, process invoices and payments, and collaborate with both local and global finance teams.
Key responsibilities
- Manage daily bookkeeping and accounting activities.
- Process invoices, payments, and expense reports.
- Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare financial reports and supporting documentation.
- Coordinate with local banks, suppliers, and service providers.
- Assist with payroll‑related documentation and financial follow‑up.
- Maintain accurate financial records and filing systems.
- Support audits and compliance requirements.
- Work closely with local and global finance teams.
Required profile
- Previous experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar finance role.
- Good knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting processes.
- Experience with invoices, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Good communication skills and team collaboration.
- Fluent in English and French (mandatory).
- Experience supporting engineering, infrastructure, or water‑related projects is an advantage.
- Experience in international companies or project environments is an advantage.
