Business Analyst Internship (6 months)

About the role

This 6‑month internship supports the Enterprise Architect by documenting current‑state business processes and identifying pain points. You will work closely with site teams to capture operational practices and help shape functional specifications for upcoming projects.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and clarify business needs through structured interviews with various units and sites.
• Document functional scope, stakeholders, and measurable objectives, clearly defining in‑scope and out‑of‑scope items.
• Draft lightweight functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria for validated projects.
• Map AS‑IS processes, especially where no formal documentation exists, and record field practices.
• Participate in scoping workshops and provide functional support during execution phases.
• Assist in preparing and coordinating UAT user testing and maintain the functional backlog.

Required profile

• Final year master’s student in Business, Engineering, Information Systems or a related field.
• Fluent in written and spoken French and English.
• Strong listening, reformulation, and written communication abilities.
• Curiosity about business processes and information systems.
• Comfort interacting with diverse stakeholders.
