Business Development Manager – International Student Recruitment

About the role

Global University Systems is seeking a Business Development Manager to lead international student recruitment across B2B channels. You will work closely with company directors to expand enrolment for one of our partner universities or colleges located in Europe, North America or Asia.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all student recruitment, business development, account management and marketing events for B2B channels in the assigned region.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to design and implement marketing and sales strategies that attract international students.
• Develop new B2B partnerships and nurture existing education‑agent relationships.
• Represent the assigned university or college in recruitment activities and events.
• Prepare and execute regional business acquisition and growth plans.

Required profile

• Proven experience in student recruitment for French higher‑education institutions.
• Professional fluency in French (spoken and written).
• Minimum a bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Significant experience in the education sector, particularly with colleges or universities.
• Demonstrated ability to create strategies for new‑region acquisition and existing‑region development.
• Experience managing B2B education‑agent partnerships and international student recruitment.
