Business Development Representative – Structured Finance

About the role

Caterpillar is seeking a Business Development Representative – Structured Finance to join its Customer Value Solutions & Engagement team. The role focuses on designing and delivering financing solutions that help customers acquire equipment and support dealers with inventory financing across multiple regions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and propose retail financing products for customers and cash‑flow solutions for dealers.
• Collaborate with dealers, field teams and internal stakeholders to identify financing gaps and implement tailored tools.
• Support onboarding of new cash‑flow initiatives and monitor their execution.
• Communicate the value of financing solutions to internal and external audiences, providing training as needed.
• Assist in creating customized financing strategies for emerging and growth markets.

Required profile

• Strong commercial orientation with a customer‑facing mindset.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with dealers, customers and internal teams.
• Understanding of equipment acquisition, ownership challenges and cash‑flow management.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
