Channel Supply Manager – Project Supply & Customs

About the role

The Channel Supply Manager will lead the implementation of project supply activities, ensuring timely delivery, compliance, and efficient customs clearance for Huawei projects in Côte d’Ivoire. This role requires proactive risk management and close coordination with customers and internal teams to align supply plans with business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Manage project supply implementation, monitor purchase orders and project fulfillment.
• Ensure high‑quality, low‑cost supply delivery and act as the supply owner for each project.
• Develop and adjust supply sub‑plans covering shipment, arrival, customs clearance, delivery, and resource preparation.
• Proactively identify and mitigate supply and demand risks, designing simple supply solutions.
• Oversee Huawei customs clearance, support customers with customs and transportation, and manage logistics efficiency, costs, and risks.
• Build and maintain customs relationships, ensure compliance, conduct audits, and manage logistics service providers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, procurement, MBA or related field.
• Experience in customs relationship building, B2B management, and import operations.
• Strong knowledge of customs tariffs, policy analysis, and risk/audit management.
• Ability to guarantee safe and timely transport of goods from port to warehouse.
• Fluent in English and French (working language is English).
