Chargé de Communication Corporate et Digitale

About the role

The role is responsible for building, maintaining and amplifying the image of NSIA Banque Côte d’Ivoire through coherent brand, digital and institutional communication that follows the group’s visual charter across all internal and external channels.

Key responsibilities

• Implement the bank’s brand communication strategy in line with the service and department heads.
• Create brand‑aligned content such as visuals, texts, videos and presentations.
• Maintain a strong digital presence on social media, the corporate website and digital newsletters, ensuring regular, high‑quality posts that respect the visual charter.
• Develop and disseminate institutional communication materials including speeches, press releases, information notes, presentations and the annual report.
• Guarantee visual and editorial consistency across all communication assets produced by the department.
• Coordinate external providers (creative agencies, graphic studios, printers) for the production of communication supports.
• Track and report the performance of communication actions through regular dashboards and propose corrective measures.
• Conduct active monitoring of communication trends, sector practices and digital innovations.

Required profile

• BAC+5 (master’s level) degree in communication, marketing or a related field.
• Proven experience in corporate and digital communication, preferably within the banking or financial sector.
• Strong editorial sense and ability to produce clear, engaging content.
• Excellent coordination skills to manage external agencies and internal stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset for performance measurement and reporting.
