Chargé de marketing et de communication (Stage)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Marketing and Communication Intern to join our team at SMART SMS GROUP in Abidjan. The role supports client relations, commercial follow‑up and digital market monitoring, helping to strengthen our presence in the logistics and transport sector. You will collaborate with the marketing team to develop communication materials and support promotional activities.

Key responsibilities

• Contact and assist clients to ensure high‑quality service and follow‑up.
• Participate in commercial file tracking and contribute to customer loyalty initiatives.
• Monitor market trends, analyse e‑reputation and identify online opportunities across websites and social networks.

Required profile

• Minimum Bac+2 in Marketing, Communication, Commercial Management or a related field.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Organised, rigorous and proactive attitude.

Required skills

• Proficiency with digital tools.
• Experience using social media platforms for brand monitoring and engagement.

What we offer
