Chaudronnier (H/F) – BTP – Abidjan

About the role

ROSAPARKS is seeking an experienced Chaudronnier (boilermaker) to join a construction and public works client in Abidjan. Reporting to the workshop manager or site supervisor, you will be responsible for the fabrication, assembly and repair of metal structures used in civil engineering and industrial projects.

Key responsibilities

• Manufacture, assemble, mount and repair metal works and boiled‑steel structures.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics and project dossiers.
• Cut, shape, bend, drill and assemble metal components according to specifications.
• Perform welding, grinding, fitting and finishing operations.
• Assist with on‑site installation of metal structures when required.
• Control the quality of fabricated parts and ensure tolerance compliance.
• Maintain production equipment and tools.
• Strictly follow quality, health, safety and environmental (QHSE) standards.

Required profile

• CAP, BT, BTS or equivalent qualification in Chaudronnerie, metal construction or welding.
• Minimum three years of professional experience as a Chaudronnier, preferably in the BTP sector.
• Proven experience in fabricating and assembling metal structures for civil engineering or industrial buildings.
• Proficiency with multiple welding processes; welding certifications are a plus.
