Chef de Projet IT – Gestion de projets informatiques

About the role

The IT Project Manager will lead end‑to‑end delivery of technology projects, from feasibility studies and scoping through deployment and production. The role ensures projects meet schedule, budget, and quality targets while coordinating internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise project execution according to established plans, monitoring deadlines, budgets, and deliverable quality.
• Apply best‑practice project management methodologies, planning, tracking, and reporting.
• Facilitate effective communication among teams, clients, and suppliers, organizing and leading project status meetings.
• Prepare meeting documentation and manage minutes and action items.
• Contribute to the definition and implementation of standardized project management processes.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and propose initiatives to increase efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (Bac+4) or higher in IT, telecommunications, engineering, project management or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience managing technical or IT projects.
• Broad knowledge of networks, telecommunications, and service platforms.
• Familiarity with telecom information systems (BSS and OSS) and end‑to‑end solution integration.
• Ability to conduct project studies, requirement analysis, scoping, and specification writing.

Required skills

• Project management tools: MS Project, Jira, OrangeScrum.
• Agile and/or DevOps environments.
• Understanding of information systems, IT infrastructure, and software development principles.
• Experience with BSS and OSS telecom systems.
• Software qualification techniques (testing, validation, compliance).
