Chef Foreur (Drilling Supervisor)

About the role

The company is seeking a qualified Chef Foreur to lead drilling operations for civil engineering and public works projects in Abidjan and surrounding areas. The role involves supervising drilling teams, ensuring safety compliance, and delivering projects on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and manage rotary and hammer drilling rigs.
• Oversee tubage, crepinage, gravillonnage, and well development activities.
• Supervise a crew of drill operators and support staff.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations and project timelines.
• Coordinate with project managers to align drilling work with overall construction plans.

Required profile

• CAP in Hydraulics or equivalent professional training acquired on the job.
• Minimum three years of experience in drilling works.
• Participation in at least five hydraulic projects.
• Ability to lead a team and enforce safety and planning standards.

Required skills

• Operation of rotary drilling rigs.
• Operation of hammer (down‑the‑hole) drilling rigs.
• Proficiency in tubage, crepinage, and gravillonnage techniques.
• Well development and equipment handling.
