About the role
The company, a beverage distribution specialist, is expanding its operations across Côte d'Ivoire and seeks experienced Center Managers and Store Managers to lead its commercial network.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise daily commercial and operational activities of assigned centers or stores.
- Lead and motivate sales teams to achieve performance targets.
- Monitor inventory levels and optimise supply chain processes.
- Ensure sales objectives are met and report results regularly to senior management.
Required profile
- Degree in commerce, management or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial roles, preferably within distribution.
- Proven ability to manage teams and drive results.
- Organised, rigorous and results‑oriented with strong leadership qualities.
