About the role

We are looking for a Manufacturing Chemist to join the production team of SIVOP, a leading cosmetics manufacturer in West Africa. The role involves turning R&D formulas into high‑quality finished products while ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Implement formulas developed by the R&D laboratory.
• Carry out weighing, mixing and processing of raw materials.
• Ensure product coloration meets specifications.
• Maintain and follow documented manufacturing processes.
• Complete pre‑production and production records and authorization logs.
• Monitor packaging operations and report production outcomes to the section manager.

Required profile

• BT, BTS, DUT or Licence in Chemistry, Microbiology or equivalent.
• Minimum one year of experience in an industrial setting.
• Strong written and spoken French.
• Ability to follow processes and solve problems.
• Respectful, attentive and creative mindset.

Required skills

• Chemical formulation implementation.
• Accurate weighing and mixing of inputs.
• Product coloration techniques.
• Documentation of production and packaging procedures.
