About the role
Lam Sunzoo is recruiting field sales agents to represent a leading bank. You will work directly with customers across Abidjan and other regions, promoting banking products and building lasting relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Prospect new clients and expand an assigned portfolio.
- Promote and sell the bank’s products and services.
- Maintain regular follow‑up and ensure customer loyalty.
- Achieve defined sales targets and performance metrics.
- Provide periodic reports to management.
Required profile
- Minimum age of 18 years.
- At least a Bac+2 level of education.
- Dynamic, motivated and strong interpersonal skills.
- Good negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Previous experience in sales or marketing is an advantage.
