About the role

Air Côte d'Ivoire is launching a national competition to select candidates for a comprehensive line‑pilot training program. Successful participants will complete 15 months of theoretical and practical training and then join the airline as Line Pilot Officers.

Key responsibilities

• Undertake intensive theoretical training in Ivory Coast covering aviation regulations, navigation, and aircraft systems.
• Complete practical flight training in Ethiopia under the supervision of certified instructors.
• Apply learned procedures to operate commercial aircraft safely and efficiently.
• Maintain strict compliance with safety standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.

Required profile

• Ivorian nationality, maximum age 25 on 31 December 2026.
• High school diploma (Baccalauréat C, E or S) with at least 3‑4 years of higher education in mathematics, physics or engineering.
• Strong aptitude in mathematics, physics, logical and spatial reasoning.
• Proficient English language skills (all tests are conducted in English).
• Excellent physical and mental health, including normal vision and hearing, and no disqualifying medical conditions.
• Ability to learn quickly, manage stress, stay focused for long periods, and work effectively in a team.
