About the role

We are looking for an experienced Equipment Operator to drive and maneuver heavy construction or handling machines safely, following technical instructions and project timelines.

Key responsibilities

• Operate construction machinery such as loaders, excavators, cranes, and heavy forklifts according to the holder’s certification.
• Perform loading, unloading, earth‑moving and material handling tasks as assigned.
• Carry out daily equipment checks (fluid levels, tires, safety devices) and report any technical issues to maintenance.
• Strictly adhere to site safety rules and traffic plans.
• Complete activity logs, hour sheets and driving reports.

Required profile

• Valid CACES or equivalent equipment driving licence for the relevant machine category.
• 3‑5 years of experience operating similar machinery in construction, industry or port logistics.
• Strong knowledge of construction site safety regulations.
• Responsible, vigilant and able to work under hierarchical instructions.
• Team‑oriented attitude.
