Conducteur des travaux – Gestion de projets de construction

About the role

The company seeks a dynamic, field‑oriented Conducteur des travaux to lead its design office and oversee the execution of construction projects, particularly water‑tower structures. The role combines technical design, on‑site supervision, and reporting responsibilities.

Key responsibilities

• Animate the studies and engineering office, driving design and conception activities.
• Monitor and control the execution of works on site.
• Perform structural calculations and ensure compliance with engineering standards.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates, dry expenses, and service‑offer proposals.
• Draft periodic progress reports and communicate project status to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Hold a BAC+4 or BAC+5 degree in Civil Engineering, Building, or Structural Calculation.
• Minimum five years of professional experience in concrete water‑tower construction and building projects.
• Demonstrated experience delivering a complete water‑tower superstructure project.
• Proficiency with computer tools for engineering tasks.
• Strong communication, pragmatic and creative mindset, and ability to work under pressure.
