About the role

The Real Estate Investment Advisor will join a leading property development company in Abidjan, supporting the growth of its high‑end residential and commercial projects. Reporting to the sales manager, the advisor will build and manage a portfolio of investors, expatriates and corporate clients, guiding them from prospecting to contract signing.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and develop a client portfolio of investors, individuals, expatriates and companies.
• Present and promote real‑estate projects, organizing site visits and walkthroughs.
• Accompany prospects through the sales cycle until contract signing.
• Maintain commercial follow‑up, activity reporting and client relationship management.
• Achieve defined sales targets and ensure client satisfaction.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (minimum Bac+3) in Commerce, Marketing, Real Estate or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in real‑estate sales or high‑value financial product commercialization.
• Strong negotiation, persuasion and closing abilities.
• Good knowledge of the high‑end Ivorian real‑estate market.
• Professional presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Valid Category B driving licence.

• Fixed monthly salary of 200 000 FCFA.
• Prospecting bonus of 100 000 FCFA plus sales commissions.
