Construction Lead Planner – Hospital Program

About the role

We are looking for a Construction Lead Planner to support the planning and execution of a nationwide clinical hospital programme in Ivory Coast. The role will develop and manage integrated schedules across design, procurement and construction phases, using Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project, and ensure alignment with project milestones.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and optimise detailed, resource‑loaded project schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement and construction teams to integrate schedules into a master baseline.
• Monitor progress, identify deviations and recommend corrective actions to keep the programme on track.
• Prepare regular schedule updates, look‑aheads and progress reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Support resource planning, risk assessments and scenario planning related to schedule performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical or related).
• Minimum 5 years of construction planning experience, preferably on healthcare or large‑scale infrastructure projects.
• Advanced proficiency with Primavera P6; strong knowledge of project lifecycles from design to commissioning.
• Fluency in English; French is a strong advantage.
