Construction Quantity Surveyor – Cost Control & Subcontractor Accounting

About the role

The Construction Quantity Surveyor will support cost control and subcontractor accounting on EPC/EPCM construction sites. Reporting to the Construction Contract Engineer, the role ensures that subcontractor work is accurately measured, validated and compliant with contractual terms and project documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Enter and monitor subcontractor executed works in the dedicated project database.
• Prepare subcontractor accounts in line with contract conditions and verify supporting documentation.
• Validate that accounts comply with contractual clauses, approved measurements and technical drawings.
• Coordinate with discipline supervisors to confirm quantities and progress.
• Identify and report budget deviations before and after execution.
• Collect estimated quantities to completion and prepare cost‑control tabulations for reporting and forecasting.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in quantity surveying, subcontract accounting or construction cost control.
• Proven experience on construction sites, preferably within EPC/EPCM or large industrial projects.
• Strong ability to interpret contracts, BOQs, drawings and project documentation.
• Fluent in English and French.
