Construction Quantity Surveyor

About the role

We are seeking a Construction Quantity Surveyor to support cost control and subcontractor accounting on construction sites. Reporting to the Construction Contract Engineer, you will monitor subcontractor work, validate quantities, and ensure compliance with contractual terms and project documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Enter and monitor subcontractor executed works in the project database.
• Prepare subcontractor accounts in line with contract conditions.
• Verify that accounts comply with contractual clauses, project documents, and approved measurements.
• Ensure all accounting documents are supported by drawings, sketches, and technical justification.
• Coordinate with discipline supervisors to validate quantities and progress.
• Identify and report any deviations from budget before and after execution.
• Collect estimated quantities to completion and prepare cost‑control tabulations.
• Support reporting and forecasting activities.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in quantity surveying, subcontract accounting, or construction cost control.
• Proven experience on construction sites, preferably in EPC/EPCM projects.
• Strong ability to interpret contracts, BOQs, drawings, and project documentation.
• Fluent in English and French.
