Consultant/Formateur – Administration, Droit et Gestion

About the role

The company is looking for a dynamic Consultant/Trainer to provide advisory and training services across several business domains, including personnel administration, legal and tax matters, enterprise management and entrepreneurship. The role involves delivering high‑quality training sessions and consulting support to clients in Abidjan.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver training programmes on HR administration, legal compliance, tax regulations and business management.
• Prepare training materials, case studies and practical exercises.
• Provide consulting advice to client organisations on personnel policies, legal issues and entrepreneurial projects.
• Manage client dossiers, ensure proper documentation and follow‑up.
• Monitor training outcomes and continuously improve content quality.

Required profile

• Minimum BAC+3 education (higher degrees accepted).
• Proven experience in consulting or training within the listed domains.
• Authorization to teach or a certificate of successful training execution.
• Up‑to‑date CV, valid national ID and birth certificate.
