About the role

The Security Controller is responsible for monitoring entry and exit points, ensuring compliance with security procedures, and maintaining accurate records of all activities on the site. This position works on‑site in Abidjan and requires a high level of vigilance and physical fitness.

Key responsibilities

  • Operate the control post and intervene when necessary.
  • Manage the log of all entries and exits.
  • Record every incident and event accurately.
  • Strictly follow all control post instructions and protocols.
  • Prepare daily reports for each site.

Required profile

  • Good physical condition and minimum age of 28 years.
  • Height of approximately 1.80 m.
  • Disciplined, punctual, reactive and attentive.
  • Strong observation skills and discretion.
  • Knowledge of self‑defence techniques.
  • Ability to work well in a team.
  • Experience in writing clear and concise reports.
  • Valid driving licence for all categories and proficient motorcycle driving.

Required skills

  • Operate control‑post equipment and monitoring systems.
  • Maintain accurate entry/exit logs.
  • Produce daily security reports.
