Corporate Events Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a highly organized Corporate Events Coordinator to plan, coordinate and execute a variety of corporate events across Côte d'Ivoire. You will work from our Abidjan office, collaborating with internal teams to deliver seamless experiences for employees and partners.

Key responsibilities

• Manage logistics for recurring corporate conferences, remote immersions, sporting events, Women’s Day celebrations and the annual end‑of‑year party.
• Coordinate travel, accommodation, visa requirements and policy updates with the office management team.
• Develop event concepts and themes, overseeing facilities, décor, catering, entertainment, transportation, guest lists, special guests, equipment and promotional materials.
• Lead on‑site event production and day‑of rollout, dedicating 30‑35% of time to live execution.
• Anticipate attendee needs, mitigate risks and resolve any issues that arise during events.
• Prepare event budgets, process invoices and ensure financial compliance.
• Serve as the central point of contact for all employee‑facing events, preventing scheduling conflicts and keeping stakeholders informed.
• Produce post‑event reports and analytics to measure effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Willingness to travel within Côte d'Ivoire as needed.
• Legal authorization to work in Côte d'Ivoire.
