Corporate Events Coordinator

About the role

Wave is looking for a highly organized Corporate Events Coordinator to plan, coordinate, and execute corporate events across Côte d'Ivoire. You will work from our Abidjan office, ensuring each event delivers a seamless and memorable experience for attendees.

Key responsibilities

• Manage logistics for recurring corporate conferences, remote immersions, sporting events, Women’s Day, and the end‑of‑year party.
• Coordinate travel, accommodation, visa requirements, and policy updates for travelers.
• Develop event concepts, themes, and oversee facilities, décor, catering, entertainment, transportation, and equipment.
• Lead on‑site production and day‑of rollout, handling 30‑35% of your time on event days.
• Anticipate attendee needs, mitigate risks, and troubleshoot issues in real time.
• Prepare event budgets, process invoices, and maintain post‑event reports and analytics.
• Serve as the central point of contact for all employee‑facing events in Côte d'Ivoire, ensuring stakeholder alignment and avoiding scheduling conflicts.
