Country Finance Business Partner

About the role

The Country Finance Business Partner acts as the co‑pilot for the business, providing decision‑support and strategic financial insight to senior management. This role bridges finance and non‑finance functions, ensuring accurate financial information drives business performance.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as strategic advisory interface, influencing business decisions and contributing to strategy development.
• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for the assigned entities.
• Analyse and present financial results, cash‑flow, and performance metrics to management.
• Support investment analysis, M&A activities, and cost‑saving initiatives.
• Coordinate information flow between FP&A, Accounting, Tax, and Treasury functions.
• Monitor cash flow, banking relationships, and treasury operations.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, manage audit processes, and oversee risk management.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop finance staff while fostering internal and external stakeholder relationships.

Required profile

• Proven experience in financial planning, budgeting, and analysis.
• Strong understanding of treasury, cash‑flow management, and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to provide strategic financial advice and influence senior management.
• Experience leading finance teams and coordinating cross‑functional finance activities.
