About the role

We are seeking an experienced motorcycle courier to lead a team of delivery riders in Abidjan. The successful candidate will oversee daily pickup and delivery operations, ensure timely service, and coordinate a group of couriers to meet performance targets.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate a team of motorcycle couriers.
• Plan and optimize delivery routes across the city.
• Monitor daily pickup and delivery activities to ensure on‑time performance.
• Maintain communication with customers and address service issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
• Report operational metrics and team performance to management.
• Maintain and oversee the condition of motorcycles and delivery equipment.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a motorcycle courier.
• Strong knowledge of Abidjan’s streets and traffic patterns.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team.
• Motivated, sociable and hardworking attitude.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
