CX Business Partner Lead

About the role

The CX Business Partner Lead will drive continuous improvement initiatives across Customer Experience business areas, influencing performance and customer outcomes. Working closely with cross‑functional stakeholders across West Africa, you will help shape process excellence, change management and operational transformation in a global logistics environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead continuous improvement projects that enhance customer experience and operational performance.
• Partner with CX leaders to define local KPIs, support performance management and governance.
• Identify and challenge existing processes, proposing efficiency, standardisation and digitalisation opportunities.
• Coordinate functional‑excellence activities and support the implementation of change initiatives.
• Facilitate improvement projects, track measurable benefits and report cost, efficiency or service gains.
• Support the deployment and maturity of continuous improvement practices across CX teams.

Required profile

• Strong continuous‑improvement mindset with curiosity about how work gets done.
• Experience in process excellence, business transformation or performance management within a customer‑focused environment.
• Good understanding of process‑improvement methodologies, project‑management and change‑management principles.
• Ability to analyse complex operational challenges and propose sustainable solutions.
