Data Analyst – Supply Chain Reporting

About the role

The Data Analyst will create data‑as‑a‑product solutions that support decision‑making across a large cocoa supply‑chain initiative in Côte d’Ivoire and Ghana. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate them into user‑friendly data products.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver data‑as‑a‑product solutions that meet stakeholder requirements.
• Engage with partners to gather data and reporting needs, ensuring requirements are defined early in program design.
• Collaborate with the technology team to define data flows and maintain data warehouses.
• Convert complex datasets into standardized Power BI reports that provide actionable insights.
• Serve as the subject‑matter expert for Power BI and supply‑chain reporting within the Data Management & Intelligence department.
• Maintain alignment with DM&I colleagues on metrics, data quality, and ethical data sharing.
• Lead training sessions to enable stakeholders to use reports independently and extract insights.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of data systems and the ability to define clear data requirements.
• Experience translating raw data into clear, actionable visual reports.
• Proven ability to work with cross‑functional and external partners.
• Experience leading training or knowledge‑transfer initiatives.
