Data Entry Operator – Stock Management

About the role
The Data Entry Operator will ensure that all stock movement data is captured accurately and promptly in the company's warehouse management system. This position supports the logistics team by maintaining up‑to‑date inventory records and assisting with related administrative tasks.
Key responsibilities
- Enter daily stock transactions into the ERP system on the same day to reflect accurate inventory levels.
- Verify received quantities and item codes against JDE references and approve all system transactions.
- Prepare insurance forms related to work accidents and record all inbound/outbound movements for third‑party logistics.
- Assist with printing invoices during the night shift as needed.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or technical diploma.
- 0–1 years of experience in logistics or related fields.
- Attention to detail and ability to double‑check entries.
Required skills
- Proficiency with ERP systems, specifically JDE.
