Database & Quality Control Coordinator

About the role

The Database & Quality Control Coordinator will support Endeavour Mining Exploration’s geoscience teams in Côte d’Ivoire. This role ensures the integrity, security and usability of geoscience and GIS data while overseeing quality‑control processes across field and office environments.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical oversight for geoscience, GIS and database quality‑control systems at country and project level.
• Support the creation, maintenance and security of geoscience and GIS data, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
• Implement and manage quality‑control policies, protocols and procedures in the field and project camps.
• Train and assist exploration staff in using geoscience, GIS and quality‑control tools.
• Collaborate with senior managers to develop new data collection and management systems.
• Travel to project sites, including remote greenfield camps, to oversee data acquisition and quality assurance.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of experience in geoscience data management, GIS or related fields.
• Bachelor’s degree (BAC+5) or higher in a relevant discipline.
• Proven ability to manage teams and coordinate data quality initiatives.
• Strong understanding of mining exploration data workflows.
