About the role
We are seeking an experienced Derrickman to join our drilling operations in Côte d'Ivoire. The role involves overseeing the safe handling of drilling equipment on the rig and ensuring optimal fluid and solid control processes.
Key responsibilities
- Manipulate and guide drilling rods during well‑bore operations.
- Monitor, prepare, and manage drilling fluids to maintain well stability.
- Maintain and service solid‑control equipment to prevent blockages and ensure efficient operation.
- Assist the drilling crew with equipment setup and troubleshooting.
Required profile
- Minimum Bac+2 to Bac+5 education in petroleum, gas, or related engineering fields.
- At least 5 years of hands‑on experience as a Derrickman or in similar drilling‑site roles.
Required skills
- Drilling rod handling
- Drilling fluid preparation and monitoring
- Solid‑control equipment maintenance
