About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Directeur Général to lead LAM'S GROUP, a key player in the agro‑food sector in Ivory Coast. Reporting directly to the shareholders, the successful candidate will shape the company’s long‑term strategy and ensure sustainable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement the overall corporate strategy in alignment with shareholders’ objectives.
• Oversee all functional divisions including production, commercial, logistics, human resources, and finance.
• Guarantee economic performance and profitability of the organization.
• Represent the company with partners, clients, suppliers, and institutional bodies.
• Drive development projects and growth initiatives across the business.
• Provide regular reporting and updates to the shareholders.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (BAC+5) in Management, Commerce, Agro‑food Engineering or equivalent.
• 8‑10 years of senior management experience, preferably within the agro‑food industry.
• Deep knowledge of the Ivorian and sub‑regional agro‑food market.
• Strong leadership, strategic vision, and performance‑driven mindset.
• High sense of responsibility and accountability.
