Director of Commercial

About the role

The Commercial Director will lead revenue growth through strategic partnerships, B2B sales and integrated marketing programs for usXanh SM, a leading EV and sustainable mobility provider expanding into the Côte d'Ivoire market.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute growth strategy across partnerships, sales channels and marketplace initiatives.
• Lead partnership strategy and close high‑value B2B agreements with corporate partners and customers.
• Oversee customer lifecycle management, contract performance and value maximisation.
• Guide product and solution development to meet evolving market and partner needs.
• Oversee integrated marketing, media and brand communication to support growth objectives.
• Manage marketplace operations, balancing supply and demand through pricing, promotions and campaigns.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related fields.
• 10+ years of experience in growth, sales, partnerships or commercial leadership roles.
• Strong track record in driving revenue growth and strategic partnerships.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional growth and marketplace initiatives.
• Strategic mindset with strong execution and stakeholder management skills.
