About the role

Teach For All is seeking a Director of Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning (MEL) to join its global MERL team. The role will support network partners in building and institutionalising MEL systems that capture the impact of their leadership development programmes on students, fellows and alumni.

Key responsibilities

Provide direct consulting and capacity‑building to priority partners, both virtually and in‑person.
Guide partners in developing, deploying and adapting core impact measurement tools for student, fellow and alumni outcomes.
Support partners in tracking fellowship programme outputs from recruitment through long‑term alumni engagement.
Collaborate with MERL team members and internal experts to design foundational program elements and measurement approaches.
Design and lead learning experiences or communities of practice to advance partners’ MEL routines.
Contribute to the creation of new knowledge products that capture network‑wide learning.
