Director of Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning

About the role

Teach For All is seeking a Director of Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning (MEL) to join its global MERL team. The role will support network partners in building and institutionalising MEL systems that capture the impact of their leadership development programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Provide direct consulting and capacity‑building for priority partners, both virtually and in‑person.
• Organise and lead partner engagements to develop, deploy and adapt core impact measurement tools.
• Support partners in tracking student, fellow/participant and alumni leadership outcomes, as well as fellowship programme outputs.
• Collaborate with functional counterparts and internal experts to design foundational program elements and measurement routines.
• Design and lead learning experiences and communities of practice to advance partners’ MEL routines.
• Contribute to the development of new knowledge products.

Required profile

• Experience delivering direct consulting and capacity‑building for education or development partners.
• Ability to work with diverse MERL team members and internal experts across global teams.
• Strong communication skills for virtual and in‑person partner engagements.
