About the role

Southland Resources CI is expanding its transport and logistics fleet in Côte d'Ivoire and seeks experienced electricians specialized in heavy‑truck electrical systems. The role involves maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing the electrical components of large commercial vehicles.

Key responsibilities

• Read and interpret electrical schematics for heavy‑duty trucks.
• Perform electronic diagnostics on charging and starting systems.
• Repair and replace faulty wiring, sensors, and control units.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure fleet reliability.
• Document work performed and maintain service records.

Required profile

• CAP or BT qualification in Automotive Electricity or Electromechanics.
• 3 to 5 years of hands‑on experience with heavy‑truck electrical systems.
• Ability to work on site in a logistics environment.
