Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR)

About the role

Base360.ai is looking for an Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) to create and launch a new product or business vertical within the company. You will act as a founder, leveraging the company’s AI platform, engineering, design, and customer base to build a high‑impact venture.

Key responsibilities

• Identify high‑potential opportunities and define a new product or business vertical.
• Validate customer problems through research and direct conversations.
• Set product vision, strategy, and go‑to‑market plan.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, design, and AI teams to build and launch quickly.
• Recruit, lead, and grow a multidisciplinary team.
• Own growth, product adoption, customer success, and financial performance.
• Present progress to founders and executive team.
• Scale the venture into a standalone business or division.

• Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias toward action.
• Strong problem‑solving and commercial intuition.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and create structure.
• Analytical and data‑driven execution style.
• Passion for customers and building products people love.
• Comfortable wearing multiple hats across product, sales, marketing, and operations.
• Interest in AI technologies; prior startup experience is a plus.
